Terms of Service

By using Chop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. They cover our website, web app, and the deliveries we arrange.

Chop moves things across Bauchi. You can send a parcel, ask a rider to run an errand, or order a meal as restaurants come online. Chop arranges the delivery. We are not the vendor or the food producer — the quality and preparation of any item is the responsibility of the vendor who supplies it.

Chop is prepaid. You pay online through Paystack — card or bank transfer — before your delivery is dispatched. There is no cash on delivery. Prices, service fees, and delivery fees are shown before you pay. Intercity parcels are quoted for you first. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦).

You can cancel before a rider or vendor starts on your order. Once work has started, cancellation is at our discretion. Where a refund is approved, it goes back through Paystack to the card or account you paid with, and may take a few business days to reflect.

We give estimated times, but actual times vary with traffic, weather, distance, and how quickly a vendor is ready. Please give an accurate address and make sure someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

Give accurate pickup and drop-off details. Do not send anything illegal, dangerous, or prohibited. Do not misuse the service, place fraudulent orders, or try to manipulate prices.

Food is prepared by third-party vendors. We cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation. If you have a food allergy, contact the vendor before ordering.

Chop's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
